Clerks and deputy clerks
33(1)The clerks and deputy clerks of the Court of King’s Bench are, by virtue of the office, the clerks and deputy clerks of every judicial district of the court.
33(2)The clerks and deputy clerks shall have and perform the duties prescribed by this Act and the regulations.
